They were very courteous, friendly and above all considerate whilst working in our home. They prepared the area before they started and tidied up very effectively afterwards. They even swept up outside, took all their rubbish away and cleaned the glass. The chaps were a real credit to your company, sometimes very good companies can be let down by bad fitters. In respect of our recent fitting of a new porch roof at the front of the house, we must commend the splendid workmanship carried out by your two joiners Jim and Tony. After their very prompt arrival (well before the set time) their relevant kit, was already set out set as I got to my door. All finished work is truly immaculate, and the large amount of residue from the old roof was contained on large plastic sheets, then eventually bagged up. They cleaned the whole porch, the driveway, and even the adjacent lawn showed no sign of disturbance! They were indeed, a great team and had a synchronised rhythm which is a credit to your business. It will always be a pleasure to recommend you both locally and further afield, when like improvements come into conversation. We must applaud them, Alan and yourself and on your expertise, professionalism and enthusiasm, from the job’s introduction to its completion.

Arranged a replacement flat roof for our garage, initial quote and timings were adhered to, roof felt, tar and chipboard all stripped and replaced with new chip board, rubber membrane, lead flashing, and uPVC trims. Job completed in 2 days. Site was left cleared and tidy on Completion of the job. Very pleased with the finished job, guys were efficient and completed a very professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending for anyone considering roof replacement. Thank you for a job well done.

We recently had our Fascias, Soffits & Guttering replaced by Northern Lights and couldn’t be happier with the result! Jim was the fitter and was careful to ensure I knew what was happening throughout the work. His friendly & professional manner was only bettered by the quality of his work! Jim always gave that little bit more to ensure the work was 100% and that I was completely happy. Northern Lights may not be the cheapest option, but in my opinion must be the best! Having previously wasted good money on a botched felt flat roof replacement several years ago I decided to have it replaced by Northern Lights Home improvements. The result is like chalk and cheese not only does the new EDPM look good, but it was also done professionally by a team who know what they are doing.
